Item is not as described
If the item delivered is physically different from the description, preview or ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund. Also, if we send a wrong product or the item is damaged and the fault is arising from us, you will be eligible for a refund.
Items that have not been received
If you have not received an ordered item within 25 days from the date of purchase, you might be eligible for refund. 30 Days Return And Exchange Policy Of Willzool
Return are allowed within 30 days from the day the item is delivered. We do not wish to reject a customer, therefore, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of our customers across the globe. In a situation whereby the item you have received is not in good condition and the fault is arising from us, you will be entitled to a return and exchange for another item of the same description, value and quality.
Also, if we sent by mistake, a wrong item which is different from the item you ordered, we will be gladly to accept such item in exchange for the correct item of the same size and quality. Note: item must must be returned new with the tag within
30 days from the day the item is delivered, if not, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
Shipping For Exchange
• Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
• If by mistake, we send a wrong d item to you, we will be responsible for the shipping for exchange fees. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the exchange shipping fees if we delivered the right item as you have ordered but you which to return the item for personal reasons.
